By using the Website, the user accepts these Terms and agrees to fully comply with them. If the user does not accept these Terms, they are advised not to use the Website.

Trentaremi has developed the website www.trentaremi.it to offer users a booking service for activities, excursions, guided tours, and transfers to various destinations worldwide. Users are informed that activities, excursions, guided tours, and transfer services are provided directly by third-party companies collaborating with Trentaremi (hereinafter referred to as "Providers"). Trentaremi acts solely as a booking platform for these activities, which are carried out directly by the Providers.

Additionally, through the Website, Trentaremi offers users free travel guides for various destinations. These guides include photographs, videos, information on major tourist attractions, and various useful tips about the destinations. Accessing and consulting these travel guides is allowed exclusively online; reproduction and commercialization are prohibited, and users assume full responsibility for improper or unauthorized use.

In general, service agreements are established between the user and Trentaremi. The information displayed on the Website regarding available services is based solely on data provided by the Providers.

Acceptance of the Terms

Access to the Website and use of the services imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on the Website. The user declares to have the legal capacity necessary to enter into binding agreements and use the offered services.

Registration and User Account

Booking Conditions

• Availability and Confirmation: All bookings are subject to the Providers' availability and require confirmation. Trentaremi will send a confirmation email to the user upon booking completion.
• Prices and Payments: Service prices are expressed in Euros. Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• Changes and Cancellations: Policies for changes and cancellations vary depending on the booked activity and will be clearly indicated on the booking page. Trentaremi is not responsible for cancellation fees charged by the Providers. In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, Trentaremi cannot be held liable. In such circumstances, the user will only be entitled to:
  A refund of the amount paid for the activity, or
  The opportunity to reschedule the activity for another date, subject to availability, excluding any claim for damages.

• User Withdrawal Rights: Users may cancel their booking without penalty and receive a full refund up to 20 days before the event. Beyond this period, up to 10 days before the event, Trentaremi will retain 50% of the paid amount as a penalty. Cancellations made from the 9th day (inclusive) prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Trentaremi's Responsibilities

• Intermediary Role: Trentaremi acts solely as an intermediary between the user and Providers and is not liable for damages, delays, or failure to perform services offered by Providers.
• Quality and Safety: While Trentaremi strives to select reliable Providers, it does not guarantee the quality, safety, or accuracy of the services and assumes no responsibility for any Provider's shortcomings.
• Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances will Trentaremi be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or booked services.

User Rights and Obligations

• Use of the Website: Users agree not to use the Website for illegal, fraudulent purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• Intellectual Property: All content on the Website, including texts, images, logos, software, and designs, is owned by Trentaremi or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
