So we have come to the end of this long-awaited, long-dreamed summer. It was different from the others, also for the mood of all of us. Italy with its villages, its sea and its mountains was chosen by many as a destination for a slower and more sustainable holiday. We at Trenta hope that in the future words like sustainability will stop being intentions and become facts, reality.

In this issue fourteen we will take you between the two opposite shores of the Tyrrhenian Sea: Campania and Sardinia. We will visit the pearl of Sannio, Sant'Agata de' Goti, a town rich in history and charm, famous for its historical beauties but also for nature and viticulture. We will go to see the ruins of Tharros, an ancient Phoenician colony, imagining the traffic of the Carthaginians and the battles of the ancient Romans. We will climb up to the Torre dello Ziro, to admire one of the most evocative views of the Amalfi Coast and then we will go to the Gulf of Orosei, walking on the paths immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation up to the five beaches of the Biderosa Oasis.

We will do our tribute to summer by telling you two delicacies of the Campania to be enjoyed especially in this period: the Caprese cake and the Amalfi lemons, which have walked through history to reach us with that juicy taste and that intense aroma.

Did you know that Cagliari is also famous for its salt pans? You will see beautiful photos, with scenographic colors. And finally a tribute to the sea that bathes Naples, in one of the symbolic places of the city. Read us!
