An appointment with popular tradition: this is what our magazine 30 suggests to you this month. Starting from the food and wine routes of Lazio, continuing along the Apennine ridge until reaching Campania. We will go to the discovery of the cicerchia, a forgotten legume of Central Italy; and spaghetti Aglio e Olio, the humble dish of peasant cuisine par excellence.

In Lazio we will take you along the paths and the historic villages of Sabina: from the Castle of Catino to the rock church of S. Donato, one of the oldest in Europe. Immersed in nature and silence, we will walk between slopes and beech woods, in the midst of landscapes of timeless beauty.

Beauty that we will still find in the turquoise sea of Sardinia, on the rock of Su Giudeu, with a curious story about an octopus. In Cagliari, on the other hand, a city of a thousand mysteries and hidden pearls, we will tell you the story of the Necropolis of Tuvixeddu, the largest of the Punic era. Like every month, once again 30 will try to enrich your baggage of travels and experiences!
