We will tell you about very special tours in this issue of 30. While respecting our well-established vocation for trekking on the one hand, we will take you on a particular trip in search of the tastiest Neapolitan street food on the other.

Let us take you along the suggestive paths of the Biedano Canyon, in the upper Etruscan Tuscia of Lazio, with its characteristic waterfalls. Then we will move to Sagittario Valley, in Abruzzo.

Tired from so much walking? Let's move to Sardinia, among the enchanted waters of the southern seas of the island. A dip in the bay of Mari Pintau, the “painted sea” of Quartu Sant’Elena, is what it takes to recover from the great heat. Without, of course, giving up another great vocation: the cultural one. We will take you to the ancient city of Nora, founded by the Phoenicians, with its beautiful floor mosaics from the Roman era. And then our Campania. Did you know that among the volcanic lakes of the Phlegraean Fields a small eighteenth-century gem stands, an ancient hunting lodge, which takes the name of Casina Vanvitelliana? Let's take a break, now, with the gastronomic tour we promised you: in search of the perfect pasta omelette in the historic center of Naples. Maybe to be paired with a good glass of Sardinian wine...
